This Bordeaux blend has a bold start with a smooth finish! It’s a brawny wine with lots of black fruit, dark cherry and soft smoky notes on the nose. The body is big and fleshy, with plump plum, cassis and a deep tannin structure. A very satisfying drink, alone or with food.
Featuring ~ Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot, Petite Verdot
Food pairings: Pairs well with aged and smoked Gouda, aged Gruyere, Pecorino, and Grana Padano. It also works well with Portobello and Shiitake mushrooms, black lentils, truffles, black and kidney beans, and onions.
